Therapeutic Treatments

As an athlete and surfer, I have suffered many types of injuries. For some of these cases, I received assistance from a physical therapist. Since then, I have been interested in a subfield of physical therapy called manual therapy.
In recent years, I have been training and working in manual therapy in Europe. Now I also want to offer these services in Costa Rica.
To make an appointment, call me at +506 84340444 or send me a message on WhatsApp.

What is Joint Adjustment?

Whether due to age or injury, our elbows, knees, ankles, and wrists can lose elasticity and feel stiff. Joint adjustment is a technique that will allow you to recover, in part or in full, the elasticity of your joints.

What is deep tissue massage?

It is a type of massage aimed at reaching the deep layers of the muscles. It consists of sustained pressure on certain areas, including the face, which seeks to restore normal muscle and tendon function.
This technique has proven to be very effective in treating muscle spasms, myofascial or postural pain, and sports injuries.

What is acupressure or digitopuncture?

Imagine acupuncture without the needles. This technique uses the same points as acupuncture to relieve many ailments, including headaches, muscle pain, back pain, and even fatigue or nausea.

What is the magnetism rubbing technique?

Rubbing is a massage technique characterized by applying greater pressure with the hands to the areas being massaged. In this case, the massage is accompanied by magnets that help improve blood circulation. Better circulation in the body is essential for reducing inflammation in injuries caused by physical activity.

What is cruralgia?

It is also known as crural neuralgia, because it affects the crural nerve. This nerve is located in the thigh. Any pain caused by a problem with this nerve can greatly reduce mobility, as walking causes a burning or stinging sensation.
