There&#8217;s 20 minutes of explanation on land first, which felt like a lot of information to take in but once you&#8217;re in the water it all begins to make sense very quickly. Audrey is a very patient and thorough instructor, and I appreciated how she gives constructive feedback on how to improve each time.
